{"id":11345,"date":"2021-07-05T02:50:23","date_gmt":"2021-07-05T06:50:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cheflorious.com\/staging\/3551\/?post_type=portfolio&#038;p=11345"},"modified":"2021-07-05T02:50:23","modified_gmt":"2021-07-05T06:50:23","slug":"crab-cakes","status":"publish","type":"portfolio","link":"https:\/\/everthemes.com\/wptest\/portfolio\/crab-cakes\/","title":{"rendered":"Crab Cakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\">[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]\n<!--WPRM Recipe 9517--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Crab Cakes<\/h2>\n<p>\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/cheflorious.com\/staging\/3551\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/crab-cake-official-tnail-website-150x150.jpg\"\/>\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups jumbo lump crab meat<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup bread crumbs<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 small yellow onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp chili powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp parsley flakes<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 tbsp hot sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp cayenne (optional)<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil (to drizzle)<\/li>\n<li>1 egg lightly beaten<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.<\/li>\n<li>Rinse crab meat, but do not break it up.  The meat will break up as you combine the ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Add the bread crumbs, garlic, onions to the crab meat.  Incorporate all ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Add the Old Bay, chili powder, parsley, salt and cayenne (if using).  Incorporate all ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Add the Worcestershire, hot sauce and egg.  Incorporate all ingredients.  The mixture should be moist, but not overly wet.<\/li>\n<li>Form the patties using approximately 1\/3 &#8211; 1\/2 cup of the mixture.  Place on [foil lined] baking sheet, and top with a drizzle of olive oil.<br \/>\n(Optional:  The mixture can be placed in the refrigerator for 20 &#8211; 30 minutes to firm before forming the patties.)<\/li>\n<li>Bake for approximately 10 &#8211; 12 minutes.
