You&#8217;ll have enough aioli))<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp water<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp grated Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup avocado oil<\/li>\n<li>1 cup olive oil ((more or less depending on how thick you want it))<\/li>\n<li>4 slices bacon, cooked crispy<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<h4>For the corn&#8230;<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Wrap each corn cob individually in aluminum foil and top with 1 tbsp butter.<\/li>\n<li>Wrap securely and bake in oven at 450 degrees F for 30  &#8211; 40 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>For the aioli&#8230;<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>In a small food processor, or blender, or small bowl with a whisk or hand immersion blender, beat the egg and water.<\/li>\n<li>Beat in the grated Parmesan and minced garlic.<\/li>\n<li>Slowly pour in the avocado oil, while still beating the egg, water, Parmesan and garlic.<\/li>\n<li>Slowly add the olive oil, while continuing to beat the mixture.  The oils will thicken the sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Add the salt and taste.  Add additional Parmesan, garlic and\/or salt as desired to adjust to your tastes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>For the bacon dust&#8230;<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Take the fully cooked crispy bacon, and grind it up &#8212; preferably in a spice or coffee grinder to get the bacon chopped up super fine.  You can also use a food processor to chop the bacon, but it won&#8217;t be as fine as with a grinder.  (It&#8217;ll still taste good!!)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Puttin&#8217; it all together&#8230;<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>When the corn is done, remove from oven and carefully remove the aluminum foil from the hot corn.<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle with aioli and sprinkle with bacon dust.  <\/li>\n<li>Eat your heart out!<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-meta\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--End WPRM Recipe--><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Corn on the Cob with Garlic Parmesan Aioli (oh&#8230;and Bacon Dust!) 8 full corn cobs + 1 tbsp butter for each ((as many as you want!
