Easy BBQ Baked Chicken<\/h2>\n

I don't know about you, but despite my best plans, very frequently I end up not knowing what to make for dinner! \u00a0Sometimes – especially during the school year – it can seem impossible to get dinner on the table. \u00a0One the keys to successful meal planning is having a back up plan. \u00a0One of my favorite back up plans is this easy bar-b-que baked chicken recipe.<\/p>\n

I love this recipe because the chicken tastes like you've been in the kitchen cooking all day, when the truth is you mixed up a few key ingredients and bake it! \u00a0So the next time you're under the gun to feed the fam, and you're not sure what to do, try this! \u00a0I promise the only problem you'll have is that you'll want to eat it more often!<\/p>\n

  • 10 individual Chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)<\/li>\n
  • 1\/3 cup Bar-B-Que Seasoning<\/li>\n
  • 1 cup Bar-B-Que Sauce<\/li>\n
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n
  • 1 Tbsp Salt ((more or less to taste))<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n

    1. Wash and pat dry chicken thighs. Place in large bowl.<\/li>\n
    2. Sprinkle with salt.<\/li>\n
    3. Add bar-b-que seasoning.<\/li>\n
    4. Drizzle olive oil over chicken (about 3 – 4 Tbsp)<\/li>\n
    5. Stir chicken with seasoning to coat the chicken fully (hands are best!)\n<\/li>\n
    6. Place chicken in lightly sprayed baking dish (I used 13×9 in this recipe)<\/li>\n
    7. Place chicken next to each other. It’s ok if the chicken touches (that’s a good thing!)<\/li>\n
    8. Bake at 400 degrees for ~25 mins.<\/li>\n
    9. Remove chicken from oven, and drizzle with bar-b-que sauce until all chicken is covered.<\/li>\n
    10. Return to oven, bake at 400 degrees for an additional 10 – 15 minutes (or until done).<\/li>\n
    11. Serve and Enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n
