I have had so much fun with the summer dessert series we’ve been cooking up here in Lori-Land. It’s been excited and fattening! LOL But, alas, before we say “good bye” to all of these extra calories, I wanted to visit the quintessential summer camp dessert–S’MORES!
S’mores are everything that’s good and memorable about summer. BUT, in true Lorious style, I wanted to step it up a few levels. So I got to thinking, and I came up with this amazing combo. It starts with a chocolate ganache base, then classic vanilla panna cotta, add some homemade marshmallows and whipped cream…top it all off with graham crackers and drizzled ganache. People!!! This was so amazing, I can’t believe it myself.
